Meet the Team- Yann Vouloir- Export Sales Administrator

How long have you been at Trimcraft?

 8 ½ years

What is your job role within the company?

Export Sales Administration and Development (used to be European but now I take care of everybody :) )

What is an average day like at Trimcraft?

My average day starts at 8am when I come in time to be with the European community. I take care of all customers, distributors and enquiries, process orders, fill in paperwork, organise transports and help with customs requests. I also help the Design department with translations and the rest of the Sales team when I can.

What’s the best thing about working for Trimcraft?

There is never a dull moment and I am busy all the time due to various time differences, starting with our NZ distributor and finishing in America.

What's your favourite part of working within a team?

We are a very close knit team not just in sales but also in the whole company and we look out for each other.

What is your favourite Trimcraft product, why?

My favourite product is our range of Washi tapes, no idea what you do with it, but I love sticking some here there and everywhere on my desk!

What are your favourite hobbies?

Teaching French, reading, exploring the World, and taking care of my tortoises.

Yann’s adorable tortoises Charley and Poppy.

What inspires you to craft?

I do not craft as I am a disaster on legs but I love quirky and different projects like the Marketing team’s latest Frankenstein Piñata tutorial.

What 3 words would best describe you?

Crazy, French, Chocolate addict

If you had a million pounds how would you spend it?

I would probably spend on a big house and shelter animals.

Tell us something about yourself that would surprise us?

I am a huge geek and I absolutely love it. I have a very nice Star Wars memorabilia collection including a master replica of Luke Skywalker’s lightsaber.

One of Yann’s Star Wars collectibles!
