My beautiful grandaughter Scarlett Megan was born at 00.30 today weighing in at 8lb 7ozs. I got home just after 2am and let mummy,daddy and baby go and get settled in the hotel at the hospital for the night. They came home at just after 11am today, it's all still sinking in i think lol and i am now very,very tired but had to share my good news with you all and thank youyou all for your best wishes xx

Things are improving. My 'muscle' man has said I am more mobile and also walking better over the short distances I can manage. He also recommended the Pain clinic and acupuncture so back to the GP next week but I will see one of the other doctors at the practice.
This makes me feel better of course so I hope that I will continue to improve. A busy weekend ahead with a table top sale on Saturday at the complex where I live and a Mystery Coach Trip on Sunday. Next week I hope to do some ATCs for Darfeys swap if I am not too late this month.
Thanks to all of you who commented on my last blog. It is so uplifiting to have so much support and it all helps me to get better. So thank you again.

Yesterday i spent a really lovely day with Katherine (Lavendercards) and her beautiful baby Danica. Danica will be 8 months old this weekend. Katherine has allowed me to post these pictures so you can all see how she is growing… Steve managed to get home from work in time to get some cuddles in too  there are no piccies of me as I hate having mine taken… unfortunately many of the photos I took need up very blurred yesterday.. I must have been more tired than I thought and got the shakes  Hope you like the piccies and a big thank you from Danica for looking  ... [ Continued ]

by this time tomorrow my daughter is going in to be induced tomorrow and her partner and i are her birthing partners so all going well little Scarlett should make an appearance into the world at some point tomorrow. I am so proud of my daughter Kayleigh she has had a really,really bad pregnancy and she was hoping it would all finish naturally and little Scarlett would come all by herself but it doesn't look like that is going to happen she is going to need a little help!! I will report back in after Scarlett is born  xx
