I have a quick challenge for you all... I know how much everyone is cutting back, trying to use older stash, and.... hopefully your stash diets are still going strong...
so whilst in the mood for cutting back and recycling over the past couple of weeks I have managed to make three items re-using items that would have been thrown away...
I have made a little journal out of packaging that was securing boxes of soap powder tablets,
A wall hanging using a cake board, and also a storage bin using a 1kg Coffee Tin!

Can you come up with at least three items made using items that have been recycled/re-used...

This christmas was a wonderful time,got to meet my half brother for the first time
in 41 years,and my half sister, and it went so well,as though we had known each other closely
all our lives,happiness is bring family back together again.

Spent christmas day with my son, that was so good too.
Missed my daughter in new zealand,but happy she is some where she loves being.
Life doesnt get better than this,lol.

My grand daughter is making me a great grand mother next year,another circle of
life, wonderful isnt it.

Hope you found as much happiness as I did this christmas, and if you didnt, hugs
angels watch over you.

Well I think my mojo is finally coming back. After seein those lovely exploding boxes on the website that I found I went straight upstairs to try and make one.

I was quite impressed with my effort. Will try again tomorrow if I am not back at work.

Hi tpo all the folks who have commented on my recent blogs sending their thoughts about my friend Geraldine. I heard this morning that she passed away during the night.
I so feel for her little girls and her husband.
She was not a close friend but I always spoke to her at football (AFC Wimbledon is like a second family- we do look out for each other.) and Emily used to sit with her and her children Libby and Georgina.
I feel grateful for what I have.

Hubby threatened to put a LOCK ON ME CRAFTROOM OUTSIDE, TO STOP ME GETTING IN HERE and staying up for hours...so I will not be on after 10 o clock (for a little while anyway just to humour him)! Laughing...cos he is also a hobbyist...and we only meet for morning coffee, lunch and our evening meal, then coffee again....Co he has a a "shed" which is really his workroom, he is into radio controlled models, helicopters, trucks, rock crawlers...you name it he is there...and then once he has them, they are promptly "customised" - so he...
