Hello everyone,

A bit late at uploading this week's DT entry for CRAFT Challenge, but at least here it is finally. I'm afraid I was a bit busy this week with other things as well, been working hard on a Sympathy card for my in-laws (will upload that later) and on a birthday card for my brother in law. (still need to finish that on off).

But here is my card, it is using my TigerSanta digistamp, coloured and made into a 3D decoupage sheet. This challenge has a recipe: 1 tag, 1 ribbon and 1 sentiment.

Hello everyone,

Here are the real birthday cakes we had, the others were just a small snack.



This time because they are open 'soezen'. These are like big profiteroles.
The above is what they look like in their finished form. (It's a link to the gallery)

For this recipe you will need:

100 ml water
100 ml milk
100 gram butter or margarine
100 gram plain flour
4 medium eggs
some squares of dark or milk (or both) of chocolate, melted
some whipped cream
(and of course some mixing bowls, measuring jug and scales, pan and some spoons)


For the filling you will need to make some custard cream and you will need:

500 ml milk
2 medium eggs
100 gram sugar
40 gram custard powder

for that recipe.

You will also need some double cream for the top, just whisk with some vanilla...

I thought it would be time to add another recipe again. This time because it is my birthday I have done some little chocolate covered 'soezen'. These are just small ones and meant to be a bit of a treat to have while we are waiting for my daughter to come back from her trip to Cadbury World with the guides. Didn't think it would be fair to tell her she could not go, just because it was my birthday.
