well it's so busy at the moment (for a change), unfortunately there have been some staff cuts at work so I'm doing 2 jobs but at least it makes the time pass a bit quicker.

Did the Race for Life yesterday with my Mum and friend, was well pleased with myself as we cut 10 minutes off our previous time! Have changed my profile picture to show you us with our medals!
it was quite an emotional day, remembering those who we have lost but also a great sense of achievement that we're helping.This week is going to be mad as I've got various appointments, my cousins 40th party on Saturday night and then I fly off to Cyprus on Sunday
