Nurse!

Hi Guys,

I went to see the nurse about an injection and I told her how I had lost 1 stone and 2lb and that my first goal was 13stone. She was saying well done to me then told me that my proper goal is 10 stone 3lb :o . I don't think I was that weight at the age of ten ;) . I said I would look ill, just skin and bones at that. She then told me off and said that no I would not look ill. So it looks like my second target is going to be 10 stone 3lb.

First 13 stone here I come!!!!!!!!!!!! :D :D

Cheers Debbie,

Well the excerising early is out of the question I have to leave for work at 6:30 in the morning. I am doing this instead at night an hour and half after i have eaten tea. I am struggling with the breakfast especially at 5:30 in the morning I can't face food. But I am working on it. I am not counting calories as this would drive me up the wall and quit. I only weigh myself once a week and in the same clothes.

I know I need to loose weight but at the moment seem to have no motivation, so think I'd only be setting myself up for a fall. I'd need to get down to that ideal weight too but that would be 7 stone that I would need to loose. I have always said I don't care about my weight but more about being able to walk into any shop and buy clothes and not just from evans and the bigger section in New Look

Hi Jane, yeah, I know our lifestyles don't make it easy, do they? Breakfast at 5.30am - uggh! Maybe a piece of fruit or a cereal bar a bit later when you are at work, if you can?
I agree counting calories is a pain, the British Heart Foundation's healthy eating method I'm using works on 'portions' (4 egg size potatoes or 3 heaped tablespoons cooked pasta etc) which is much easier to cope with :)
What you're already doing is obviously working and that's the main thing - keep it up :D :D

Housekeeping tip of the day: Always keep a few get well cards on the mantelpiece, then visitors will think you have been ill and unable to clean! :D

god luck with loosing more weight,according to the bmi i should be about 8 stone!
omg! and according to the bmi im currently obese! i dont think i am.
i know im a little overweight but obese is a whole diffrent thing.

Give yourself a small target like losing half a stone at first then plan the next target when you get there.
