Jet lag

Permanent Linkby Mary E on Fri Nov 13, 2009 8:05 pm

I've just about come too, after my holiday Jet-lag is the pits! :o I have tried to have my normal Friday today with shopping in the morning and Card class in the afternoon, it was mildly sucessful with one decent card out of two projects the second project was four different Christmas labels and I'm afraid I didn't get on too well with those, so I'm just going to have a go at home it's either that or fall asleep on the sofa, OH to feel normal again! lov Mary

Toni...I hope you're not flying back form a long haul destination??? I did that once - miscaluculated the time difference and had tio go to work the next day...I was so tired I was on planet zog and while I was at work and doing home visits I actually fell asleep standing up in a doorway with the clients and a doctor & social worker present

Mary the jetlag is brutal eh? But oh so worth it to see loved ones far away...Hope you had a wonderful time
Thank you all so very much for your support and encouragement.

Hello Mary, so glad you had a wonderful time with your family.

Hope you are getting over your Jet lag and will be back to the normal soon. It does take awhile.

Were I live, we have had 2 weeks of temperatures of over 35C. One day the temperature reached 43C, it made a record. Even in the evening it was 30C so it was very difficult to sleep in such conditions. It is not normal for us to have such extreme temperatures in November, usually in January and February.

I saw on the TV that the UK are having floods. So, the weather pattern is changing world wide.

Kind regards,
Sabina xx
