I am loving having Katie, She is such a super pup, she has learned to sit, run and fetch and comes back when called. Clever little lass. She is so funny when she runs as her ears fly out at the side of her head [ well it wouldn't be her feet, now would it, I can be so so silly ]. She takes mad turns [ well suited to her owner ] and runs like the clappers all over the garden and in through the house and keeps on doing this until she flops down and has a good sleep, either on her rug or in her basket. My son and hubby are doing the main walking of her but when I feel able I take her out and play throw and fetch for her.Living next to a park is great for her and I don't need to walk far.So all is good in the Katie department ,apart from the fact that my silly daughter of...

My new regime of getting up early is now a must, tho' because of my CFS, its like having a new baby as when Katie sleeps , I take forty winks as well . She is very good though, took her to the vets this morning for her vet check, which I am glad to say, she passed with flying colours. . She was really funny today when I was playing throw and catch with her in our hallway, as when she tried to stop, she kept on going, sliding along, as we have laminated wooden floors ...

Well, Today was the start of my new regime. I had asked my hubby to reset his alarm when he switched it off at 7am and set it again for 10am, when i said i was going to get up and get on with some of the things i have piling up awaiting my attention. So, alarm goes off at 10am and [ in my sleep, I think ?? ] I switched it off and promptly fell asleep again, if, as I say , I was ever out of it. Upshot was, that I didn't waken until 5 to 12, which is actually quite good for me. I am now left wondering how much it would be to hire a brass band ? ...
