A Bit About Trimcraft

We're more than just a craft company...

Based in Nottinghamshire, UK; Trimcraft has been trading for many years establishing itself as one of the leading craft suppliers.

So now we've got a shiney new website, we'll tell you a bit more about some of the changes we've undergone. After a rebrand of our logo we knew the next step was to develop a better website for our users. The old one was getting a bit out of date, was difficult to navigate and not great on the eyes. Hopefully the new one changes all of that! There's loads of fantastic features.

What we do

A bit about Trimcraft

Trimcraft was first established in the 1970s as a haberdashery manufacturer and importer. Whilst sales were good, it was felt that there were opportunities to be found in other Industries - namely the Craft Market. In the late 90's several of the team went over to America's CHA fair to explore this new area.

In early 2000 Trimcraft saw the transfer from a mainly haberdashery company to a craft business. Since then, the company has experienced accelerated growth, establishing itself as a major player in the Arts and Crafts Industry. This year (2008) Trimcraft's flagship brand Dovecraft was a runner-up in the best papercraft category in the Craft Business Awards.

Great Product Choice

Trimcraft offer a wide variety of craft products ranging from designer paperpacks to patented technology and tools. The flagship brand Dovecraft is famous for its innovation led high quality products and is the leader in the market for paper craft design. The range of products Trimcraft represents is always steadily increasing, offering you great choice.

Company Highs

2007-08 has been a fantastic time for the company with some great leaps made forward. A few things we are proud of include:

• The successful re-branding of the Dovecraft brand.
• New exclusive licensing deals including Laura Ashley licensed artwork
• Great additions to our brand portfolio including Bind It All and Bazzill Basics.

And of course the new-spangled website which you are on! With social networking at its core, the website enables you to talk to eachother and share ideas and projects. We anticipate that you will enjoy it as much as we do!

Looking to the future

We hope that the future holds more opportunities for us to offer you the very products you want. In the upcoming year look out for:

• A refreshing and dynamic collection from a leading Australian artwork brand which is taking the world by storm!
• A second release of new Laura Ashley papers and products.
• The Dreamcuts machine from Zutter Innovative Products.
